Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and immigrated to southern California in 1983.  She received her degree at the University of Hawaii in Finance and launched into the banking world since 2003.  She has been doing mortgages since 2006 and have experiences from big banks to Credit Unions to many mortgage companies and now as a broker.   She has lived in Hawaii since 1995 and left in between to live in Oregon for 7 years.  Happily back to Hawaii and serving in the financial industry since 2008.  Bringing her many years of finance and mortgage experience to serve the people of Hawaii.

Tanny is very involved in her community from PTA in her kids schools while they were young, church community outreach, to Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and Business Network International today.  She is CMPS (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist) certified.  This designation provides her deeper skills as a mortgage professional to assist her clients in overall mortgage planning that can include taxes, cash flow planning while doing business with full compliance and ethical standards.  She continues to stay active in many organization to stay current with he ever changing business market, networking and building a wonderful group of trusted businesses that she can easily refer out to clients in need.  She has a heart to teach all she knows to help her clients make right financial choices and plan for financial wealth and freedom.
