Nathan was born and raised in southern California.  He spent over 15 years of his professional life working for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in the secondary mortgage markets, specializing in credit risk management.  During this time, he developed relationships and an understanding of lending that serves as a tremendous benefit for his clients and partners.  For the past six years, Nathan most recently owned Chartwell American Mortgage, a mortgage brokerage in Dallas, Texas.  He discovered his passion for helping borrowers achieve their dream of homeownership.  Nathan has built a reputation for borrower and partner communication through-out the loan process, follow-up, and meeting deadlines.

An opportunity at the end of 2021 presented Nathan’s family with the blessing of relocating to the North Shore of Oahu.  A shared love of ‘ohana and service make this home.

Nathan earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Real Estate from Southern Methodist university.  When Nathan isn’t working, he loves spending time with his wife, children, serving in the community with various church and youth organizations, and cheering on the Red Raiders of Kahuku High School – Go Big Red!
