Troy was born here in the islands and has family roots on the Valley Isle in Lahaina.  Troy is also a 10-year veteran of the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power Program and spent the majority of his Naval career at Pearl Harbor as a submariner, and prior to becoming a loan officer and joining the C2 Hawaii team spent 5 years as a civilian at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard fixing the same submarines he served on.

Troy is passionate about our Aina and helping locals, veterans, and investors alike achieve homeownership here in Hawaii.  Troy and his wife Kristina are proud to raise their ohana here and call Hawaii home, and with their multicultural and multifaceted backgrounds that mirror the islands themselves; Troy and Kristina can provide a unique insight into the needs of clients across the board.

In addition, Troy working for one of the largest mortgage brokerage companies [C2 Hawaii] in the US gives him access to over 100 wholesale lenders and a wide array of loan programs at preferred pricing on Government, Conventional, and Non-QM loans, which allows him to service the needs of every type of buyer.
