Dave Ige, Sr. Loan Officer at C2 Financial Hawaii Division, has been in the mortgage lending industry since 1993. He worked for 2 companies from 1993 to 1997 before he formed his own company Excell Financial Services, Inc. which he is still president of and conducts commercial lending and residential mortgages on the mainland.

Dave was also an account executive for a Security National’s wholesale lending, giving him valuable insight to underwriting and regulations of the lending industry from the lender perspective.
Since Dave has been in the industry since 1993, he has seen the ups and downs of the real estate market and the rise and fall of interest rates. He’s seen mortgage loan programs come and go as well as change over the course of many years. He has gone thru the days of hard copy loan applications being Fed Expressed to the banks and lenders for underwriting to digital signatures

His experience allows Dave to connect with clients of all ages. He understands and can explain a client’s mortgage clearly and concisely regardless of generation.
Dave’s strength is his ability to educate his client’s on the process and obtaining the best financing option for all their real estate holdings. He strives for a ‘stress free’ experience, always working hard to manage the stresses of the loan process so his clients don’t have to.
